At Innovance, we're seeking a skilled Production Operator to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with assembly experience and knowledge of ISO procedures. As a key member of our manufacturing process, you'll be responsible for ensuring high-quality standards are met and products are assembled according to specifications.

About the Role

This position involves performing sub-assembly and final assembly processes on various mechanical and electrical assemblies. You'll utilize calibrated equipment, engineering drawings, and written instructions to complete tasks efficiently.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Utilize hand tools, power tools, and hardware to assemble and wire standard and engineered products to customer specifications and quality standards.
  • Apply acquired trade skills such as electrical, mechanical, and plumbing to complete assembly processes.
  • Follow ISO procedures to ensure compliance and quality control.
  • Perform job set-up by obtaining necessary parts, drawings, and schematics, and check for correctness of parts by referencing the bill of material.
  • Communicate with engineers, designers, and technicians to resolve assembly discrepancies.
  • Perform ongoing inspection of product during assembly and wiring process and prior to product's shipment.
  • Lift and position assemblies, operate overhead hoist/crane to assist with lifting and controlling moving/positioning of assembly.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
  • Set-up and perform Assembly Department operations with minimum supervision.

We're offering a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience, along with opportunities for growth and development within our company.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Entry-level or 1-2 years of assembly experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of ISO procedures essential.
  • Familiarity with mechanical and electromechanical components a plus.
  • Able to read and interpret routings, bills of material, assembly drawings, work instructions, and notes.
  • Manual dexterity and strong problem-solving skills required.
  • Ability to work in a team setting and communicate effectively.
  • Strong motivation and positive attitude essential.
