Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Material Handler to join our team at Innovance. This role is responsible for the efficient and accurate movement of materials, supplies, and finished goods within our facility.

Lou-Rich, one of our subsidiaries, is a fully integrated contract manufacturer specializing in complex projects. We provide precision machining, metal fabrication, assembly, and sourcing solutions to various industries, including Fortune 500 companies and small operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Unload and load trucks, vans, flatbeds using a forklift
  • Handle material and product within the shipping and receiving area and throughout the manufacturing departments as required
  • Pick finished parts efficiently and accurately for shipment
  • Use a hoist to unload steel trucks
  • Data entry of purchase orders with accurate labeling
  • Sort and record scrap materials for pickup
  • Stack skids/pallets in designated areas and maintain outside pallet areas
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma
  • Forklift training certificate
  • Basic math skills
  • Good communication skills
  • MUST BE COMPUTER PROFICIENT
  • Well-organized and accurate
  • Ability to multitask and be flexible to meet department needs
Training and Development

We offer comprehensive training programs to ensure your success in this role. You will complete applicable training syllabi within the first 60 days of employment and receive ongoing support to develop your skills and knowledge.

Salary and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
