We are seeking a highly skilled Welder to join our team at Innovance, a fully integrated contract manufacturer specializing in complex projects.

Job Overview

This key role involves fabricating and assembling metal components with precision and care, ensuring the production of high-quality, durable products.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate metal components from blueprints and verbal instructions
• Select welding electrodes for specific welds to ensure penetration and fusion of base and filler metals
• Weld metal components together to fabricate or repair products according to blueprints, layouts, or work orders
• Work in vertical, horizontal, and overhead positions
• Perform assignments in accordance with written quality procedures

Requirements

• The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in welding techniques and be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds
• They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with engineers and designers
• A working knowledge of decimals, fractions, and metric/English conversions is required
