About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled welder to join our team at Innovance. As a Welder Fabrication Specialist, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal components with precision and care.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of welding techniques and processes, including mig, tig, robotic, and gas applications. You will work closely with our engineering team to interpret blueprints and develop high-quality products that meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fabricate metal components from blueprints and verbal instructions
  • Select welding electrodes for specific welds to ensure penetration and fusion of base and filler metals
  • Weld metal components together to fabricate or repair products according to blueprints, layouts, or work orders
  • Work in vertical, horizontal, and overhead positions
Requirements
  • Must be capable of lifting and moving up to 15 pounds; frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus on optical devices
  • Individuals will work near moving mechanical parts of machinery and electrically activated devices
  • Perform math skills of addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division

Estimated Salary Range

$55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
