Millennium Physician Group is on the lookout for a dedicated Front Office Associate to enhance our Physical Therapy Office Team. We seek an individual who is enthusiastic, positive, and enjoys engaging with patients. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that we deliver an exceptional patient experience.

The ideal candidate will possess a background in customer service, exhibit strong multitasking abilities, and demonstrate proficient computer skills. Previous experience in a medical office setting is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate timely patient check-in and check-out processes.
  • Welcome patients with a friendly demeanor and assist with various clerical tasks.

Qualifications:

A high school diploma or GED is required, along with one to three months of relevant experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills Required:

  • Proficient computer skills and familiarity with EMR systems; knowledge of Athena is a plus.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
