Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the preparation and dissemination of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Lead the accounting division, ensuring effective operations and compliance with established policies.
- Oversee the month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations and accruals.
- Generate reports for management, board meetings, and external stakeholders.
- Assess and implement systems to automate financial and reporting functions.
- Guide and develop the accounting team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Proficient in accounting software and ERP systems.
- Exceptional organizational and leadership capabilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to operate independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
