Job Responsibilities:

  • This position offers a unique chance to work with our team, where you will be classified as a 'Full Time' employee but will engage in seasonal work from September through January each year.
  • Our organization provides an outstanding Tuition Reimbursement Program, making this an ideal position for college students.

Required Skills:

  • 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service or Call Center environments.
  • Familiarity with sports leagues such as NBA, NFL, and MLS.
  • Typing proficiency of at least 25 words per minute.
  • A positive and energetic demeanor is essential.
  • Fluency in Spanish is considered a bonus.
  • Prior experience in soft sales is regarded as a plus.
