Kane Partners LLC is in search of a Head of Fiber Production to lead our operations. This position is essential for guiding the manufacturing processes of fiber, with a strong emphasis on safety, operational efficiency, product quality, and regulatory compliance. You will be responsible for enhancing productivity, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and managing profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities. Effective collaboration with various teams, including manufacturing, procurement, sales, and logistics, will be crucial to fulfill delivery commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and direct capital initiatives, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.
- Identify and address the needs of internal stakeholders and KPIs, collaborating with Procurement on material shipments and resolving discrepancies.
- Motivate and guide your team, promoting their technical skills and leadership capabilities.
- Investigate and implement innovative systems to improve operational productivity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in fiber production, including 5 years in fiber processing and de-inking.
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies is advantageous.
- Demonstrated management and leadership skills.
- Strong abilities in team development, both technical and interpersonal.
- Exceptional collaboration skills, with the capacity to align with broader business and strategic objectives.
