Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, responding to their needs, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment by adhering to visual merchandising standards, replenishing merchandise, and participating in store recovery.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including ringing sales, handling returns, and counting change.
  • Promote credit and loyalty programs to customers and provide information on store promotions and events.
  • Support the sales floor by maintaining a high level of product knowledge, providing recommendations to customers, and participating in visual merchandising activities.
  • Work effectively with peers and supervisors to achieve sales goals, maintain a positive store culture, and support the overall success of the store.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to support business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
