Job Title: Retail Merchandise Associate

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Embody our customer experience principles and philosophy, consistently demonstrating a commitment to excellence.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
  • Support and participate in store recovery efforts, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
  • Process customer purchases and returns accurately, handling cash and credit transactions with precision.
  • Promote credit and loyalty programs, driving sales and customer engagement.
  • Initiate and participate in visual merchandising efforts, showcasing our merchandise in an attractive and appealing manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales floor and store goals, fostering a positive and supportive team environment.
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, supporting business needs and adapting to changing circumstances.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
  • Capacity to multitask, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with ease.
  • Ability to respond effectively to changes in direction or unexpected situations, remaining calm and composed under pressure.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy objects, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Experience in retail customer service, with a proven track record of success.

This position has a starting pay range of $ to $ per hour, with actual starting pay determined by relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
