Behavioral Health Specialist

Role Overview
As a Behavioral Health Professional at Clarvida, you will work with clients from 0-21 years old with behavioral and/or mental health diagnoses. Your primary goal will be to support these clients and their families in achieving specified treatment plan goals. This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as you will work closely with clients, parents, and other team members to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct weekly client meetings to assess progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Provide parent skill trainings to support family involvement in the treatment process
- Work independently with support from the Clinician serving as the Treatment team lead
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, parents, and other team members

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- DSP (Direct Support Professional) Certification and any educational experience
- Valid Driver's license
