Job Summary

Woodfords Family Services is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Waterville, ME. As a BCBA, you will provide clinical expertise and consultation to young consumers receiving services onsite at our Preschool and K-5 programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and assess individuals with developmental disabilities to develop effective behavioral plans
  • Collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions and monitor intervention integrity
  • Develop and implement behavior analytic programs to support individuals with severe interfering behaviors
  • Provide staff and caregiver training to ensure high-quality services
  • Support the Special Purpose Private School (SPPS) and Early Childhood Services (ECS) teams in curriculum development and intervention integrity
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Human Development, or a related field
  • Board Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis required
  • Experience developing, implementing, and monitoring behavior analytic programs for individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Valid driver's license and reliable use of a safe, insured motor vehicle
