About the Role

Gorilla is seeking a highly skilled E-Commerce and Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive customer traffic, conversion, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO/SEM, email, social media, display advertising, and paid media.
  • Support the Executive Leadership team in optimizing paid media efforts to drive strategic opportunities.
  • Develop a national e-commerce marketing strategy to increase customer traffic, drive conversion, and grow Average Order Value (AOV).
  • Develop KPIs and scorecards to track initiative progress and performance.
  • Prepare analytics, reports, and dashboards on overall performance of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze and evaluate end-to-end customer experiences across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Structure conversion points and optimize user funnels.
  • Develop and monitor campaign budgets across paid media, website, content, and social buckets.
  • Collaborate with agencies and vendor partners.
  • Research, analyze, and track consumer behaviors and trends, and implement research into digital marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience working in digital and social media marketing.
  • Demonstrated track record of innovation in social/digital marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency working on e-commerce platforms (Shopify).
  • Proficiency in automation tools (Klaviyo).
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, email, keyword search, social display programming campaigns (Meta/Instagram).
  • Experience optimizing landing pages and user funnels, A/B testing, multivariate experiments.
  • Knowledge of digital analytics tools (Google Analytics).
  • An analytical mind, with a passion for measuring data.
  • Demonstrable experience in acquisition tools and paid strategy.
  • In-depth knowledge of current digital trends.
