Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Mechanical Project Manager to oversee our commercial and industrial construction projects. In this role, you will manage all phases of mechanical and plumbing projects, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and maintenance of high-quality standards. This is a permanent role with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the full lifecycle of mechanical construction projects, from initial design through to project completion.
  • Establish and maintain project timelines, ensuring all key milestones are achieved.
  • Prepare and track job cost reports, managing project budgets effectively.
  • Source materials and oversee their delivery, ensuring timely availability for project needs.
  • Implement quality control protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations, fostering a safe work environment for all personnel.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other professionals on design and build projects.
  • Supervise the installation of underground plumbing systems.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in the construction sector.
  • Proven track record in project scheduling, cost reporting, and material procurement.
  • Strong understanding of quality control processes and safety compliance.
  • Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
