Project Director Job Description

Metronet is seeking a highly skilled Project Director to lead our team in delivering exceptional results. As a Project Director, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, and meeting customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute project work plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Manage project teams, including assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
  • Interface with customers, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
  • Review and approve job cost accounting reports.
  • Maintain effective communication with senior management and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, electrical engineering, or civil engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of telecom construction and engineering, project budgeting, and project scheduling.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Project.
  • Familiarity with mapping, GIS, and CADD drafting programs.
