Early Childhood Development Therapist

Soar Autism Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Developmental Therapist to join our team of experts in providing high-quality care to children with autism.

This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or an individual with a passion for childcare to kickstart their career in a supportive and purpose-driven environment.

As an Early Childhood Development Therapist, you will be instrumental in nurturing the growth and development of young children with autism, working closely with a team of experts, including Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 within a clinic setting, utilizing evidence-based, naturalistic therapeutic techniques.
  • Implement individualized intervention plans developed by expert clinicians in behavior analysis, speech therapy, and occupational therapy.
  • Collaborate closely with the child's healthcare team to ensure consistent and high-quality care delivery.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with children, preferably in a professional capacity.
  • Proficiency in computer and tablet usage.
  • Preference given to college graduates or individuals pursuing higher education.
