Soar Autism Center is seeking a highly skilled Developmental Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary clinic, you will play a vital role in providing individualized therapy sessions to children aged 2-6, adhering to the principles of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy.
About the Role:- Deliver high-quality ABA therapy sessions to children with autism, ensuring alignment with our clinic's rigorous standards.
- Implement intervention plans developed by our expert Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), promoting the child's growth and development.
- Build strong relationships with families, providing regular updates on their child's progress and collaborating to develop individualized therapy plans.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with advancements in ABA therapy and maintain certification.
- Preferably enrolled in or completed a degree program in Child Development, Psychology, or a related field.
- Ability to obtain and maintain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (Soar provides paid training).
- Previous experience working with children, particularly those with autism, and a passion for helping them thrive.
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Competitive compensation ranging from $20.50 to $26.00 per hour, with regular bonus and promotion opportunities.
