We are excited to present an opportunity for a Banking Client Services Representative based in New York City or San Francisco, CA. This position is a full-time, permanent role that requires onsite presence.

Position Summary:

The role primarily involves delivering exceptional customer support by assisting with account creation, data migration between platforms, document collection, and back-office coordination within a reputable banking institution.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide high-level customer service, ensuring client satisfaction.
  2. Engage in the creation of client communication scripts and supplementary materials.
  3. Conduct client outreach through calls, emails, and meetings, while maintaining accurate reporting and tracking.
  4. Offer Level 1 triage and help desk coordination, focusing on top-tier clients and post-conversion support.
  5. Monitor surge support weekly and forecast monthly to identify ongoing needs.
  6. Collaborate with the client training team to develop training materials and facilitate sessions.

Qualifications:

Applicants should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a banking or call center environment, particularly with high-net-worth clients. Candidates must demonstrate:

  • Expertise in Treasury Management and Payment Products.
  • Ability to simplify and convey complex technical information.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.

Experience in handling a variety of client interactions, including technical support and issue resolution, is essential. A background in help desk operations is advantageous.
