Job Title: Outside Sales Account Manager

Power-Flo Technologies is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and driving sales growth in the Northeast territory.

Responsibilities:
  • Generate and develop new business opportunities through prospecting activities, including cold calling and scheduling appointments with existing customers.
  • Maintain and expand existing customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Effectively communicate with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless sales processes and timely order completion.
  • Stay up-to-date on new products, procedures, and services, and utilize this knowledge to recommend solutions to customers.
  • Meet sales targets and consistently meet in-person with target buyers to build relationships and drive sales growth.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of business-to-business sales experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of demonstrated sales success and technical knowledge of pumps and systems.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a proven track record of success and achievement as a sales representative.
  • Ability to maintain high productivity and standards, with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Valid driver's license to travel to customers.
