Position Overview:
At Lockheed Martin, we are seeking a dedicated Staff Finance Analyst to manage the daily operations of our ADP Program Finance activities. This role encompasses a variety of program finance responsibilities, including:

  • Establishing and managing Performance Measurement Baselines independently.
  • Conducting thorough analysis and reconciliation of actual costs.
  • Developing Estimates at Complete (EAC) and performing Earned Value analysis.
  • Determining appropriate Earned Value techniques and conducting variance analysis using various enterprise tools.

The ideal candidate will also be responsible for executing multiple financial cost analyses, which include:

  • Cost allocation and controlling expenses.
  • Preparing reports and contractual deliverables.
  • Assisting in the development and documentation of corrective action plans.
  • Preparing analyses for presentation to various leadership levels.

Qualifications:
A level 4 employee typically possesses several years of professional experience.

Eligibility Requirements:

Must be a US Citizen. This position requires the candidate to obtain a DoD Secret clearance.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution, or equivalent experience/combined education.
  • Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) concepts and their application.
  • Financial analysis experience.

Desired Skills:
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
  • Familiarity with Systems, Applications, Products Software (SAP).
  • Experience with Hyperion/Accounting Data Analysis and Reporting (ADAR).
  • Experience in developing program budgets and Estimates at Completion.
  • Proficiency in data analysis through self-developed queries.
  • Familiarity with cost systems similar to Deltek Cobra.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with Senior Leadership and Program Management teams.
  • Experience in presenting raw data in concise management reports.
  • Experience with formal CPR/IPMR Reporting.
  • Ability to mentor and lead junior analysts.
  • Experience working within a diverse team across various disciplines.
  • DoD Secret clearance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
