Position Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a Senior Financial Analyst. This role reports directly to the Corporate Controller and is based in our Fort Worth, Texas office. The Senior Financial Analyst will play a crucial role in managing the financial planning, reporting, and analytical processes of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee the reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes for the entire organization.
2. Analyze financial performance against the established financial plan, forecast, and previous year’s results.
3. Identify the root causes of any discrepancies and propose corrective action plans as necessary.
4. Communicate variances between actual results, forecasts, and budgets on a monthly basis.
5. Develop a comprehensive reporting package to present results to management, summarizing key insights and recommending areas for improvement.
6. Assist in the preparation of presentations for monthly business reviews.
7. Provide in-depth analysis to support the Senior Management Team and Department heads.
8. Collaborate with various departments to achieve organizational goals.
9. Conduct profitability analysis for contracts.
10. Execute value-added analyses and offer decision support for special projects and initiatives.
11. Contribute to the development and implementation of new procedures to enhance departmental workflow.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 3-5 years of relevant financial experience in a large multi-site organization, with a focus on profitability analysis and costing.

Required Skills

- Exceptional analytical abilities.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate across different functional areas and levels of management.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Workday Adaptive Planning is preferred.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset with a strong business acumen.
- Ability to present financial information clearly and effectively.
