About the Role

Vestis is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Facility Sales Specialist to join our rapidly growing outside sales team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales and advancing our company's growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to provide exceptional customer service and drive repeat business.
  • Utilize sales skills and product knowledge to overcome objections and close sales deals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and drive sales growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
  • At least 21 years of age.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Successfully pass Criminal Background, Motor Vehicle Record, and Drug Screen checks.
  • Sales or customer service experience, or completion of a college degree within the last 18 months, or military service.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Business-to-business outside sales experience focused on new account generation.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management Systems - Salesforce preferred.
