Strategic Customer Experience Director

The Strategic Customer Experience Director will lead contact center and adjacent teams to deliver revenue and profit growth, high levels of customer satisfaction/retention, and service level achievement.
This role will work collaboratively and cross-functionally with other departments to define the vision and roadmap for delivering an industry leading customer experience.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a passion for delivering great customer experiences, and advanced experience with workforce management, Salesforce, and contact center/chat software systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and oversee department goals, systems, strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize performance and success.
- Partner with Operations, Marketing, OBT, Finance/Accounting, Product, and other departments to drive innovation and identify best ways to organize customer-facing and adjacent functions for efficiency and improved customer experience.
- Lead training, coaching, engagement, retention, and recognition initiatives for teams to support organizational growth.
- Implement leadership training and performance goals for direct report managers and/or supervisors to improve managerial skills and professional goals.
The successful candidate will have 5+ years of professional experience in Sales and Customer Experience Operations leadership, delivering results in a consumer-facing role. They will be an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively across teams.
A salary of $135k-$175k is offered based on experience and qualifications.
