Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Agent to join our front office team at Crescent Hotels & Resorts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and register guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs, handling room assignments and payments
  • Provide information and assistance to guests, including local area knowledge and hotel amenities
  • Upsell hotel services and facilities to maximize room occupancy
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Field guest complaints and negotiate solutions for guest satisfaction
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be proficient in using hotel software and systems.
