About the Position:


As a Financial Strategy Analyst, you will take the lead on critical projects related to Fetch's financial planning, budgeting, and performance management, collaborating closely with leaders across various departments.

This role is essential in delivering insights and strategic recommendations that influence Fetch's financial direction, enhance organizational performance, and ensure effective financial operations to support the company's growth and objectives.

This position will report to the Senior Director of Financial Strategy.

Location:
This is a remote opportunity within the United States.

While proximity to our office locations in New York, Boston, Chicago, Madison, and Birmingham is appreciated for potential on-site collaboration, there are no mandatory in-office requirements.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Analyze historical and current trends in key performance metrics, including revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and capital investments.

2. Monitor performance metrics, identifying trends and analyzing the causes of unexpected variances.

3. Identify opportunities for enhancing financial performance across the organization.

4. Oversee the ongoing development of budgeting, financial forecasting, operational planning, and modeling tools.

5. Conduct scenario planning and ad-hoc reporting and analysis.

6. Prepare quarterly and monthly financial reports.

7. Implement and utilize business intelligence tools and dashboard reports.

8. Enhance performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies.

9. Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives.

10. Analyze complex financial data and reports to provide accurate and timely recommendations to management for informed decision-making.

11. Support senior management and department heads with detailed analyses.

12. Conduct analyses related to mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and partnerships.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.

- 3+ years of experience in a high-impact financial role; preferably in Financial Planning & Analysis, Consulting, or Investment Banking, including experience in technology firms.

- Experience in Rewards or Consumer Packaged Goods is highly preferred.

- Familiarity with SQL is preferred.

- Knowledge of US GAAP is essential.

- Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and PowerPoint.

- Experience in cost optimization, analysis, and reporting.

- Proficiency in Tableau is preferred.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong organizational abilities.

- Creative thinker, highly driven, and self-motivated.

Compensation:
At Fetch, we offer competitive compensation packages to our exceptional team members. The base salary range for this role is $110,000-$125,000. Additionally, we provide equity in Fetch, allowing all employees to benefit from the company's growth.
