KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Our numbers-driven teams aim to cultivate functional experts and value analytical thinkers. These teams contribute to the organization by collaborating with various business units to understand and manage risks, assess profitability, and devise solutions through quantitative analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

Divisions and Job Functions:

Ayco, a subsidiary of Goldman Sachs, collaborates with Fortune 1000 companies to develop and implement customized financial planning programs for their workforce, leveraging over 50 years of expertise and the extensive resources of Goldman Sachs to meet the evolving needs of employees. Ayco believes that companies best serve their stakeholders and the broader economy when their employees' financial lives are clear, understood, and manageable. Ayco advisors and technical specialists assist clients in achieving their personal financial objectives through education and guided implementation across seven key financial disciplines, including employee benefit planning.

The hiring teams include:

  • Counseling: Offers proactive financial counseling and full-service implementation, including tax preparation and investment management, addressing the complexities faced by executives, entrepreneurs, and high-net-worth individuals. Analysts engage extensively with clients and prepare various reports in areas such as cash flow planning, income tax projections, and investment performance.
  • Coaching: Provides management and navigation of personal finances, life events, and company benefits through a digital platform, complemented by one-on-one guidance from a coach. Analysts deliver comprehensive personal financial planning to clients via a telephonic environment.
  • Family Office: Delivers sophisticated solutions to streamline the intricate financial lives of ultra-high-net-worth families through comprehensive coordination, advanced risk management, investment services, and legacy preservation strategies.
  • Wealth Strategies Group: Specializes in designing and implementing wealth protection and transfer strategies for high-net-worth clients.
  • Private Wealth Management: Provides investment advisory, education, portfolio management, and trade execution strategies. Analysts act as key liaisons between clients and investment and operations teams.
  • National Tax Group: Supports clients in tax preparation and dispute resolution, offering targeted advice on federal and state tax compliance.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 0-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Proficient to advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, proficient in building and managing complex models
  • Ability to understand, dissect, and analyze data to drive decisions and/or make recommendations
