Role Overview:

As a Financial Analyst, Corporate Strategy, you will play a crucial role in driving financial initiatives that support Fetch's strategic objectives. You will collaborate with various departments to provide valuable insights and recommendations that enhance our financial performance and operational efficiency. This position reports directly to the Senior Manager of Corporate Finance.

Work Environment:

This position is fully remote within the United States, allowing for flexibility while still encouraging collaboration with team members across different locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate historical and current trends in key financial metrics, including revenue, expenses, and capital investments.
  • Track performance indicators, identifying trends and analyzing variances.
  • Discover opportunities for enhancing financial performance across the organization.
  • Manage the ongoing development of budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling tools.
  • Conduct scenario planning and ad-hoc financial analysis.
  • Prepare quarterly and monthly financial reports.
  • Implement and utilize business intelligence tools and dashboards.
  • Streamline processes to improve operational efficiencies.
  • Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives.
  • Analyze complex financial data to provide timely recommendations for management decision-making.
  • Support senior management and department leaders with detailed financial analysis.
  • Conduct analysis related to mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a high-impact financial role, preferably in FP&A, consulting, or investment banking.
  • Experience in the rewards or consumer packaged goods industry is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in SQL is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, financial modeling, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in cost optimization and financial reporting.
  • Familiarity with Tableau is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong organizational abilities.
  • Creative thinker who is self-motivated and driven.

Compensation and Benefits:

At Fetch Rewards, we offer competitive compensation packages to attract and retain top talent. The salary range for this position is $110,000-$125,000. Additionally, we provide equity options to ensure all employees share in the company's success.
