Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Expediter to join our team at RMH Franchise Corporation. As an Expediter, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, coordinating food delivery, and maintaining high standards of plate presentation and food quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process incoming food orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Clock in tickets and ensure that cook times meet or exceed our standards.
  • Communicate effectively with service staff and kitchen staff to ensure seamless food delivery.
  • Prepare and present dishes according to recipe and plate presentation specifications.
  • Conduct a final quality check on food for presentation, temperature, garnish, and time.
  • Coordinate food delivery with food runners and maintain a clean and organized expediter station.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned by management to ensure the effective and orderly operation of the restaurant.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high mobility requirements.
  • Strong reading, writing, basic math, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to wipe down shelves, pick up debris, and wipe down counters.
  • Ability to respond in emergency situations to avoid imminent danger to self and others.
