Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Carollo Engineers is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading multiple water and wastewater projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and meeting or exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including master planning, source water, treatment, distribution, and collection systems.
  • Apply technical expertise to advise clients throughout the project life cycle, meeting or exceeding budget, schedule, and quality goals.
  • Plan, schedule, and conduct engineering work on water, wastewater, stormwater, and reuse projects, with full responsibility over design decisions and quality standards.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of staff engineers, drafters, technicians, and other team members.
  • Participate in business development efforts, including marketing and identifying new clients.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with client management personnel.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil and/or Environmental Engineering.
  • Registration as a Professional Engineer in the State of Oklahoma (or the ability to obtain it through reciprocity within 6 months of employment).
  • 15+ years of water and wastewater project experience in the field of Environmental Consulting Engineering.
  • Demonstrated experience with managing small- to large-sized projects during the planning, design, and construction phases of water, wastewater, stormwater, and reuse infrastructure and treatment projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, or Business Administration.
  • Active in professional associations, including presentations of technical papers, member of technical committees, and officer of local or national organization.
