Technical Lead

As a key member of the Omni Inclusive team, the Technical Lead - DevOps Engineering will be responsible for implementing various development, testing, and automation tools, as well as planning the team structure and involvement in project management activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DevOps, .NET code, and IT infrastructure, with experience in implementing DevOps practices and tools. Other key responsibilities include understanding customer requirements and project KPIs, managing stakeholders and external interfaces, setting up tools and infrastructure, and defining development, test, release, update, and support processes. Additionally, the candidate will have the technical skills to review, verify, and validate software code, troubleshoot techniques, and fix code bugs. The role also involves monitoring processes during the entire lifecycle, updating or creating new processes for improvement, minimizing wastage, and encouraging automated processes. Furthermore, the candidate will identify and deploy cybersecurity measures, perform vulnerability assessments, and manage risks. The ideal candidate will also have excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work closely with the team and customers. The role requires a strong focus on continuous improvement and the ability to build a continuous integration, continuous development, and constant deployment pipeline (CI/CD Pipeline).
