Clinical Nursing Faculty Position

Arizona College of Nursing is seeking a highly qualified Clinical Nursing Faculty member to join our team. As a Clinical Nursing Faculty, you will play a vital role in shaping the next generation of nursing professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Teaching and Evaluation: Develop and implement curriculum, teach and evaluate students in the classroom and clinical settings, and assess student learning outcomes.
- Curriculum Development: Design and revise curriculum to ensure it aligns with industry standards and best practices.
- Student Support: Provide academic advisement, counseling, and support to students to ensure their success in the program.
- Professional Development: Maintain professional competence and expertise in teaching and nursing practice through ongoing education and training.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other faculty members, staff, and healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless learning experience for students.
- Education: Master's or higher degree in nursing or a related field from an accredited program.
- Experience: A minimum of three years of experience as a professional registered nurse providing direct patient care, with previous teaching experience in a registered nursing program preferred.
- Licensure: Current unencumbered state professional registered nurse license or enhanced compact nurse licensure relevant to the state of teaching location.
- Certification: Certified Nurse Educator certification and national certification in the area of nursing specialty preferred.
