Customer Service Representative, Shuttle Operations Specialist

Responsibilities
- Provide professional and courteous assistance to airport patrons at loading platforms, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and supervisors to facilitate seamless service for the traveling public.
- Maintain orderly queuing and board passengers according to designed procedures, ensuring timely rotation of buses.
- Assist in providing timely updates of information to patrons, maintaining open lines of communication.
- Complete reports related to assistance provided, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Perform other duties as directed by management.
Qualifications
Education Required: High School Diploma or equivalent combination of experience and education.
Availability to Work: Special shift requirements may apply, including 2nd shift, 3rd shift, and/or weekend availability.
License Requirement: A valid state-issued driver's license with a current address and acceptable driving record is required.
Language Skills: Ability to read, write, and interpret the English language, with effective presentation skills for one-on-one and small group situations.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed instructions, dealing with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Adaptability: Adapts to changes in the work environment, able to deal with change, delays, or unexpected events.
Judgment: Exhibits sound and accurate judgment.
Work Environment: The work environment is moderate to loud, with exposure to vehicle emissions, extreme temperatures, and all weather conditions.
Physical Demands: The physical demands of this job include standing, walking, using hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, and reaching with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, with occasional lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds.
