Position: Manufacturing Assembly Specialist (2nd Shift)

Overview:

The Manufacturing Assembly Specialist plays a crucial role in the assembly, bonding, testing, and inspection of components, requiring a high level of manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute all assembly, bonding, testing, and inspection tasks in accordance with specifications.
  • Utilize small hand tools as necessary for assembly processes.
  • Follow detailed work instructions for assembly operations.
  • Work in an environment where odors from plastic epoxies and resins may be present.
  • Complete all documentation accurately and thoroughly.
  • Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with blueprints using appropriate measuring instruments.
  • Seek opportunities for skill development within the department and across other areas.
  • Support production activities as needed.
  • Conduct oneself in a professional and ethical manner, adhering to Tri-Mack's core values: Respect, Teamwork, Integrity, Accountability, and Durability.
  • Comply with all AS9100 standards as outlined in work instructions and by supervisors.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and experience with measuring tools.
  • Familiarity with small hand tools and manual dexterity for precise assembly tasks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and understand production demands.
  • Comfortable addressing technical challenges, leveraging prior experience to resolve issues.
  • Dependable, with a collaborative spirit and the ability to work independently.
