This role involves managing a $5M+ Profit and Loss (P&L) with multiple lines of business, including storage and modular solutions.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement short-term strategies to achieve Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization (EBITDA) targets and revenue performance.
  • Improve units-on-rent by leveraging Value-Added Products and Services (VAPS) to enhance product offerings and maximize revenue.
  • Manage the field sales team and develop communication and support programs to achieve plan objectives.
  • Generate marketing and commercial plans to achieve annual plan objectives.
  • Develop and execute MSA growth strategy to achieve annual increase in Units-on-Rent (UOR) and revenue growth.
  • Lead and coach employees to foster employee engagement and meet business needs.
  • Actively manage and develop leaders within the MSA to promote optimal fleet, real estate, and workforce utilization.
  • Observe and seek out trends in the market space and provide insights to the production management team for new product developments.
  • Provide information to other functional departments in support of ongoing business activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related business field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in progressively responsible Business Unit Management roles.
  • Experience managing a P&L previously.
  • Ability to travel at least 25% of the time.
Preferred Requirements
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related fields.
  • Experience working closely with sales teams for product strategy and customer voice identification.
  • Flexibility and organization to manage multiple projects and assignments.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, time-sensitive, collaborative environment.
  • Strong customer presentation and communications skills and experience.
  • Extensive network within the public administration, construction, and industrial business.
  • Proven experience in a rental-type business or logistics, transportation business.
  • Experience working in an international operational/functional matrix organization.
