Job Summary

The Senior Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate contact with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver proposals, quotes, and contracts.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our services to clients and manage their expectations.
  • Manage the complexity of IT proposals, contracts, and service level agreements.
  • Maintain in-depth product knowledge of our service offerings.
  • Perform sales procedures through activities and opportunities in ConnectWise and remain compliant with defined policies and procedures.
  • Attend weekly sales meetings and ensure sales opportunities are compliant with company policy.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our service catalog and how it relates to clients' needs.
  • Document internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities.
  • Responsible for entering time and expenses in ConnectWise as it occurs.
  • Understand processes in ConnectWise by completing assigned training materials and blueprints on ConnectWise University.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education/experience.
  • Current and valid US driver's license.
  • Must pass pre-employment background check and drug test.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and have excellent follow-up skills to drive tasks to completion.
  • Must be professional and polished in appearance and be comfortable speaking to clients, small groups of managers, and technical and/or facility personnel.
  • The ability to interpret blueprints and specifications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, organizational skills, and communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.

Work Environment:

May require driving to project sites. May be exposed to variable weather conditions. Other conditions may include proximity to forklifts or other heavy machinery and using various tools and hardware. Worker may be subject to frequent heavy lifting. Exposure to various noise levels.
