Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Account Coordinator to join our Client Service team in Washington, DC. As an Account Coordinator, you'll play a key role in delivering top-notch results to our clients by understanding their audiences, goals, and objectives, and developing innovative ideas to reach those goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate meetings and deliverables
  • Support digital content creation for websites, email marketing, advertising campaigns, and social media
  • Manage day-to-day activities and assist direct manager and Account Executives on client accounts
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive client growth and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
Requirements
  • 4-year college degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Expertise in digital marketing, social media, and branding
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work in-person 2+ days per week in our Washington, DC office
