Compensation:

$75,000 At Plan Earnings

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit and manage your own team of financial professionals while serving as an associate partner.
  • Enhance your managerial skills through our comprehensive six-month Associate Partner Training Program.
  • Assist clients in achieving their financial objectives by developing tailored, long-term strategies.
  • Identify financial solutions for clients across a wide array of relevant products and services, including life insurance, annuities, and mutual funds.
  • Transition into a management role as an Associate Partner upon fulfilling program requirements.

Your Initial Year:

During your first year, you will gain firsthand experience in the role of a financial professional, supported by complete training and access to a suite of digital tools and products.

Training and Resources:

You will receive exceptional training that will enhance your understanding of New York Life's strengths and values. In addition to this training, you will have access to essential resources, including expert guidance and a suite of digital sales, marketing, and prospecting tools to help you attract and retain clients.

Product Offerings:

You will become familiar with our extensive range of products and services designed to assist clients in achieving their financial goals. Together with our subsidiaries, New York Life offers competitive insurance and financial products, including life insurance, annuities, long-term care insurance, and investment products through our broker-dealer.

Your Path to Management:

After meeting specific criteria during your first year as a financial professional, you will enter a specialized six-month Associate Partner training program. We will support you in leading and developing your team of financial professionals, providing ongoing opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Qualifications:
  • Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, or other languages is advantageous.
  • Understanding of cultural markets is a plus.
  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented individuals seeking a challenging yet fulfilling career.
  • Previous sales experience is required.
  • Experience in the financial services or insurance industry is preferred.
