Job Title: Guest Services Coordinator

About the Job:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Guest Services Coordinator to join our team at Plaza Hotel & Casino LLC. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for coordinating guest services, managing room assignments, and handling administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Services: Coordinate guest services, including room assignments, check-in and check-out procedures, and special requests.
  • Room Management: Manage room assignments, including processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle various administrative duties, such as responding to phone calls, emails, and guest requests.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
  • Experience: At least six months of experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in a hotel or casino environment.
  • Skillset: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency in MS Office software.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 60 pounds, and maneuver around the front desk area.

Salary: $48,000 - $58,000 per year, depending on experience.
