Job Title: Service Excellence Coordinator

KYU Las Vegas is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Excellence Coordinator to oversee the service standards of our front-of-house team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a seamless and exceptional dining experience for our guests.

About the Role:
The Service Excellence Coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing service standards, training front-of-house staff, and monitoring guest feedback. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service and problem-solving.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement service standards for the front-of-house team.
  • Train front-of-house staff on service standards and expectations.
  • Monitor and analyze guest feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Certificate in Hospitality Management or related experience is a plus.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions quickly.

Estimated Salary: $52,000 - $62,000 per year
