Are you passionate about helping children with autism? Do you want to make a real difference in their lives?

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Autism Support Technician to join our team at Centria Autism. As an Autism Support Technician, you will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors. This is a rewarding and challenging role that requires patience, compassion, and a strong ability to work well in a team environment.

The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Spanish and have a high school diploma or equivalent. You will also need to be able to obtain a CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test (if you haven't had one in the last year) and pass a pre-employment background check.

In addition to your skills and qualifications, we are looking for someone who is comfortable moving around and lifting children or objects that weigh up to 50 pounds. You will also need to be able to obtain a Registered Behavior Technician Certification after completing onboarding.

The estimated salary for this position is $21-$26 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
