We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavioral Therapist to join our team at Autism Learning Partners. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism and their families.

About the Position

This part-time position involves working with clients in a home-based setting, providing evidence-based therapies to support their development and well-being. You will work closely with Board Certified Behavioral Analysts to develop and implement personalized treatment plans, teaching essential skills such as communication, social interaction, and self-care.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, be patient and understanding, and have a strong ability to engage with children of all ages and abilities.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $23-$28, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide guaranteed hours, daily pay advances, and opportunities for career progression.

Our comprehensive benefits package includes dental insurance, vision insurance, health insurance (after 30 hours per week), paid training, mileage reimbursement, education assistance, a cell phone stipend, and an employee discount program.

Required Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent AND completed at least one semester of college coursework or be currently enrolled in college courses.
  • At least 6 months of paid working experience with children, volunteering with kids, or experience in Applied Behavior Analysis.
  • A smartphone or similar device capable of capturing client session data and basic technical skills.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism or special needs is highly desirable.
