Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Clinical Autism Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with families and individuals with autism to develop and implement personalized treatment plans, leveraging your expertise to drive positive outcomes.

About the Role

  • Manage a small caseload of 8 FTE children on the autism spectrum, providing individualized care and guidance to their families.
  • Conduct thorough assessments using specific tools to identify areas for improvement and inform treatment plans.
  • Collect data and create tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs of each child.
  • Provide 30+ hours of treatment per week, ensuring consistent progress and support.
  • Foster strong relationships with parents and caregivers, empowering them to make informed decisions about their child's care.
  • Lead and educate a team of Registered Behavior Therapists, promoting professional growth and development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to drive clinical excellence and share best practices.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A Board Certification in Behavior Analysis from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or be eligible to sit for the exam within one month.
  • Strong knowledge of autism spectrum disorder and evidence-based interventions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with clients and colleagues alike.
  • A passion for working with children and families, driving positive change through compassionate and effective care.
