**Job Summary**

Asbury Communities is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our community.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide housekeeping services in resident apartments, bathrooms, common areas, and other designated areas.
  • Remove dirt, dust, grease, film, and other substances from surfaces using proper cleaning and disinfecting solutions.
  • Ensure that work schedules are followed and equipment, tools, and supplies are properly stored.
  • Coordinate daily housekeeping services with nursing staff when performing routine cleaning assignments in resident living and recreational areas.
  • Perform isolation cleaning procedures in accordance with established infection control protocols.

**Requirements:**

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 6 months of practical housekeeping or janitorial experience.
  • Ability to work safely with cleaning agents and perform required duties.
  • Effective communication skills, including the ability to follow oral and written instructions.
  • Ability to push, pull, move, and/or lift objects repeatedly; ability to lift 25lbs unassisted throughout the shift.

**Work Schedule:**

11am to 7:30pm with every other weekend rotation; 40 hours per week.
