About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team at Benefit & Risk Management Services, Inc. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in customer service, technical support, and problem-solving to deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced call center environment.

  • As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • You will work closely with our team to develop and implement processes to improve customer satisfaction, reduce complaints, and increase efficiency.

Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
At least 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center environment
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other software applications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Salary and Benefits:
Competitive salary range $18.00 - $24.00 DOE, depending on location and qualifications
