The Job Summary

We're looking for a skilled Korean-English Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll play a critical part in delivering exceptional customer experiences that exceed our clients' expectations. Your primary responsibility will be to answer incoming communications from customers, conduct research to provide accurate and helpful responses, and maintain a high level of product knowledge.

What You'll Need to Succeed
  • Bilingual in English and Korean
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong computer skills and reliable internet connection

Estimated Salary: $48,000 - $58,000 per year depending on location and experience.
