Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Management Specialist to join our team at Environmental and Safety Solutions, Inc. This role will provide critical support in managing documents and records within our Enterprise Content Management System (ECMS), ensuring compliance with company guidelines.

Responsibilities
  • Provide document management services in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Support project teams in using ECMS systems such as Aconex.
  • Collaborate with project personnel to resolve questions, issues, or actions.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure data accuracy.
  • Assist in reviewing document numbering, work process, electronic/digital signatures, legibility, etc.
  • Assemble information needed to support project activities.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-4 years' experience in document/records/information management, preferably in the EPC industry.
  • Intermediate to expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Experience with ECMS and strong configuration management functionality is desirable.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong analytical skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment. As a Document Management Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our projects and maintaining high-quality documentation standards.

Compensation and Benefits

This part-time telework position offers a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer flexible work arrangements, including a minimum of three days of in-office attendance per week. The selected candidate will also receive comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
