Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers to maximize business potential.
- Ensure timely delivery, damage-free services, and accurate billing through meticulous scheduling and order management.
- Proactively engage with customers on any applicable assignments and utilize Transportation Management System (TMS) and other software platforms to support functional areas.
- H.S. diploma/GED required; BS or AA in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred.
- One (1) year or more relevant experience in customer service, supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or industry-related field required.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access) required.
- Intermediate knowledge in logistics industry, applicable local and Federal regulations, and fundamental understanding of Supply Chain Management components.

The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by various factors, including relevant experience, education, work location, market data/ranges, internal equity, and internal salary ranges. Compensation ranges for the position are below:

The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type.
