Key Responsibilities- Maintain the technical integrity of our game systems, ensuring they are functioning properly and safely.
- Perform troubleshooting and repair tasks to resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the venue team to resolve technical issues and contribute to a positive and engaging atmosphere.
- Stay up-to-date with technical documentation and learn new software and hardware systems to support the game.
- 2+ years' experience in technical support or maintenance.
- Proficient with computer systems, technology, and PC hardware installations.
- Ability to learn unique software and hardware systems that support the game.
- Familiarity with technical documentation and ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Familiarity with electronic circuitry and testing equipment.
- Skilled in practical application of electronics and mechanics.
- Experience with using hand tools and small power tools.
- Guest-focused mindset and ability to provide an exceptional experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.
- Flexibility to work varied schedules, including days, nights, holidays, and weekends.
- Proven experience in technical support and maintenance in a gaming or entertainment environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills down to the component level and ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.
- Experience with small electronic and mechanical repairs.
- Familiarity with Ethernet data infrastructure.
- Soldering experience.
- Basic understanding of electromechanical devices, such as linear actuators and small conveyor systems.
