Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the technical integrity of our game systems, ensuring they are functioning properly and safely.
  • Perform troubleshooting and repair tasks to resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the venue team to resolve technical issues and contribute to a positive and engaging atmosphere.
  • Stay up-to-date with technical documentation and learn new software and hardware systems to support the game.
Requirements
  • 2+ years' experience in technical support or maintenance.
  • Proficient with computer systems, technology, and PC hardware installations.
  • Ability to learn unique software and hardware systems that support the game.
  • Familiarity with technical documentation and ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams.
  • Familiarity with electronic circuitry and testing equipment.
  • Skilled in practical application of electronics and mechanics.
  • Experience with using hand tools and small power tools.
  • Guest-focused mindset and ability to provide an exceptional experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including days, nights, holidays, and weekends.
Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience in technical support and maintenance in a gaming or entertainment environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills down to the component level and ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.
  • Experience with small electronic and mechanical repairs.
  • Familiarity with Ethernet data infrastructure.
  • Soldering experience.
  • Basic understanding of electromechanical devices, such as linear actuators and small conveyor systems.
