Position Overview:

As a Ski Technician, you will be the primary representative of Ski Butlers, engaging with customers on a daily basis. Your responsibilities will include delivering ski and snowboard rentals directly to clients' accommodations, providing on-mountain support, and managing the collection of equipment at the conclusion of the rental period.

Employment Type:
Seasonal - both full-time and part-time positions available

Compensation:
Starting at $18/hour, with opportunities for generous tips

Key Responsibilities:

1. Delivery:
Ensure timely and efficient delivery of ski and snowboard rentals, adhering to our three Key Customer Requirements:
- KCR #1: Timeliness - Arrive within 5 minutes of the scheduled time.
- KCR #2: Communication - Clearly outline the entire scope of service to customers.
- KCR #3: Equipment Selection - Recommend appropriate gear based on guests' skills and current conditions.

2. Support:
Provide prompt equipment assistance to guests within 45 minutes of request.

3. Pickup:
Manage the return of all scheduled equipment, ensuring it is sanitized, restickered, and tuned for future use.

4. Maintain cleanliness and fuel levels of delivery vehicles.

5. Prepare orders for upcoming deliveries and set up future team members for success.

Additional Responsibilities:

- Perform basic ski and snowboard maintenance, including tuning and waxing.
- Engage with customers via phone, maintaining a positive and welcoming demeanor.
- Restock delivery vehicles with necessary equipment.
