Key Responsibilities
  • The Regional Cyber Center - Conus (RCC-C) program seeks a **Program Manager** to oversee the Department of Defense Information Networks (DoDIN) and Defensive Cyber Operations (DCO) teams. This position is critical in maintaining quality standards, providing strategic direction, technical oversight, and delivering regular status reports to the Government.
  • Oversee daily operations by managing, administering, and liaising with Government personnel. Play a pivotal role in various program initiatives including cost control, risk assessment, and quality management activities.
  • Effectively allocate resources, analyze financial documentation, communicate challenges and solutions in a timely manner, and ensure adherence to contract stipulations.
Essential Qualifications
  • Possession of an **Active Top-Secret/SCI clearance**
  • A Bachelor's degree accompanied by **16+ years of relevant experience** OR a Master's/PhD with **10+ years of relevant experience**
  • A minimum of **4 years of supervisory/project management experience**
  • At least **5 years of experience** working with CONUS Contracts, DoDIN, and DCO clientele
  • Certification as a **Project Management Professional (PMP)** or **Program Management Professional (PmMP)** is required
  • DoD Information Assurance Management (IAM) Level II certification is mandatory
  • Proficiency in **MS Office Suite**, **MS Project**, and **proposal development**
  • Capability to secure a **U.S. Passport** and obtain **ITIL Foundations Certification** within 90 days of employment

  • A Master's degree from an accredited institution
  • Experience in managing intricate project tasks and performance-driven contracts

Compensation

The target salary range for this position is **$176,000 - $282,000**, influenced by experience and other relevant factors.
